Start-up behavior: With a supply voltage of 85% of the rated voltage and a test water pressure of 0.02 to 0.80 MPa, the water inlet seal should start normally.
Vibration test: Mount the water inlet valve on a vibration table. The water inlet valve should start normally after 10 minutes of vibration on each of the three axes with an amplitude of 3 mm and a frequency of 22 Hz.
Flow behavior: Connect the water inlet valve to the water pressure regulating source Depending on the operating position. Apply pressure to the specified water conditions, maintaining the rated voltage for 1 minute. Install, ensuring that the customer's drawings meet the requirements. Electrical resistance: Use high-voltage test equipment with a voltmeter accuracy of at least 5%. The leakage current is in the order of 0.5 mA, and the conductive parts and mounting holes must be tested. Continuous operation: If the water supply valve does not supply water, keep it powered at the rated voltage for 12 hours and monitor with a voltmeter; the valve body must not be deformed and the coil must not burn out. Insulation resistance test: Measure with a 500V megohmmeter or an insulation resistance meter with a maximum error of ±5%; the insulation resistance between the exposed conductive and non-conductive parts must be greater than 100 MΩ.
