In bad weather or if there is water on the ground, ensure that the device is at least 5 cm above the ground to prevent it from sinking. Note: Check the ground before installing the device. Frozen or wet ground is not recommended. Do not use a hammer or apply excessive force during installation. Choose a sunny location and ensure the battery is fully charged for best results. This product is rainproof but should not be submerged in rain. In case of flooding or submersion, remove the repeller until the rain stops. It must be applied continuously for 7 to 14 days before ground rodents begin to leave the area. The product's effectiveness largely depends on the type of soil. Wet soil conducts sound best. Dry, sandy or peaty soil does not conduct sound waves.
