Vauxhall Vivaro SWB Plywood Van Racking Unit

Excellent product both in terms of strength and assembly

The product was adequate for the price. However It does not follow the internal angles and curves of the vivaro SWB 2012 model very well and after contacting the supplier through Mano Mano I was surprised to learn that although it says on the website that it is "Built to fit the Vauxhall Vivaro SWB L1 van, this racking is designed to hug the curve of your van perfectly" according to the suppliers they are generic and you need to check the width height and depth to make sure it will fit into the vehicle. Even worse given the claims on the website they actually advise that you may need to make minor alterations to get it to fit. the exact response from the vender was as follows. "Thank you for your message. It's not specifically made for that vehicle so we would recommend checking the dimensions of the van against the dimensions of the unit as often it is only minor alterations needed in order for them to fit". To assemble both units and fit takes between 3 and 4 hours (if you glue as well as screw the parts together. I would also recommend that you varnish the units. The units were the least expensive of similar offerings and if it wasn't for the misleading advertising and at £20 cheaper I would probably recommend the product as it is just adequate for my purpose.

Really happy with these racks. Easy to put together and plenty of storage. It has transformed my van into a much more organised vehicle. Had to cut one to fit around my wheel arch but it only took about 5 mins. Worth the money and a very good price.
