Description

4-inch Lock Down Vise

High Precision & Simple Operation & Heavy Duty

During workshop operation, many workpieces were minor damaged due to their excessive force. Therefore, we recommend that you use the vise to clamp. Our vise has to roughen screw rod, solid casting, and strong clamping force. It can ensure the stability of clamping multiple workpieces.

  • Premium Quality Structure
  • Powerful Clamping Force
  • High Accuracy Screw
  • Humanized Design

Key Features

  • Premium Quality Structure: The jaw of the bench vise is made of 45# steel. After high-frequency quenching, the wear resistance of the jaw is improved and the service life is prolonged. The vise body is HT250 high-quality cast iron forging with good toughness, high strength, and durability.
  • Powerful Clamping Force: Vise guide surfaces are finely polished and smooth. When clamping the workpiece, the movement is stable, the positioning is accurate. Jaw Width: 4" / 10 cm, Jaw Opening: 4" / 10 cm. The clamping force can reach up to 19 kN, which is suitable for different sizes of goods.
  • High Accuracy Screw: The closed design protects the screw rod and prevents the entry of iron pins and other debris, convenient for maintenance and cleaning. Our screw is of high quality and is not easily damaged. The parallelism and perpendicularity are accurate to 0.002".
  • Humanized Design: Our vises are detachable and can be replaced quickly. The unique downward pressure design protects the workpiece from escaping float when clamped. The hardened swivel handle is a universal joint structure, easy operation, flexible, and convenient to use.
  • Multifunctional Tool: A milling vise is an essential tool for fitters. Most of the fitters' work is running by using the clamping vise such as sawing, filing, chiseling, and some assembly and removal jobs.

Heavy-Duty Material

The vise is made of HT250 cast iron with strong toughness and high tensile strength. Internal refine grinding treatment, smooth and steady, no jamming.

Hardened Clamping Jaw

The jaws are thickened and finely ground. The lockdown vise machine adopts a fully enclosed design, and iron filings are not easy to enter, which improves the service life.

Quality Lead Screw

Our thread pitch of the ladder screw is larger than the standard screw. The surface is quenched and turned, more wear-resistant, and has higher accuracy than the ordinary screw.

Adjustable Handle

The universal joint handle is composed of ductile iron, strong and flexible. You can adjust the gripping force through the handle and complete the clamping work excellently.

Precision Design

The guide rail surface is seamless, making the positioning more accurate. The semi-circular ball has a vertical downward pressure to keep the workpiece stable and guard it against floating.

Wide Application

Precision milling vise is the main accessory of precision milling machine and NC/CNC machine tool. Suitable for finishing milling machines, drilling machines, and precision parts.
