In theory, that's kind of the point, actually; but let's just say we have an unfortunate tendency to live in such a complex world where the priority is more to "sell" than to "advise," and so here, it worked the first time, and frankly, it's nice. And when you're not happy, you have to talk like a robot!!! What a time! Having to write such a comment to say you're happy with what you bought because it corresponds to what you wanted—isn't that wonderful? Hmm! Back when hardware stores still existed, we wouldn't even have had to ask ourselves that question. The hardware store owner was a specialist and never made a mistake. Those days are unfortunately over.
