I ordered 2 packages of this item, namely a set of 2 drawers.
The product is good, real pine wood! Decent screws and board, perfect for the price at least the first package. The second was sent to me without the screws (??? How to assemble furniture without the provided screws???).
I was told that they could not send me the missing parts (just the small box containing the screws), that either I had to return the item, or that I would be given a partial refund (€15). , this will allow me to purchase the specific and planned screws). Only problems on this site, I must be a trashy person, but usually not. Each time, people have been friendly with me but I am tired of only having bad surprises from ManoMano and its suppliers (damaged furniture, box spring that splits in two (never seen that!!!), and then not what I need to assemble my furniture..).
So thank you for making up for the blunders, but enough is enough, good luck ManoMano but without me from now on!
