Very disappointed because the product requires complete self-assembly without any prior information before ordering, which would have dissuaded me from ordering it... almost a misleading description by omission; moreover, the dozens of parts are covered with a scratch-resistant film on both sides, meaning a full day of stripping the components before assembly; the assembly instructions are incomprehensible, with different parts shown in similar pictures, leading to errors. Add another half day to the assembly time on top of the stripping. It's a shame because the design, functions, and dimensions of the product are ingenious, hence my 2 stars instead of 1. Note the inclusion of a welcome pair of gloves, which must be worn to avoid metal splinters during stripping and assembly.
