products conform to my expectations even if some disappointment was possible on their arrival. indeed, the hardware was rusty and the wood surface was moldy. cleaning and sanding of the screws was necessary. Compensation for this problem has been agreed and accepted with the seller.

One of the chairs is missing screws. And 4 screws are too long!!! I am approaching your after-sales service to have some to finalize the assembly!
