A very low-end product, the mirror is a pseudo plastic mirror very far from a real mirror. Super disappointed with the product

when opening the package and wanting to install the shelf to prepare the installation, I realize that I am missing a fixing to connect the shelf to the mirror panel. Is it possible to send me one?
