Additional Information: Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed. However, it is a standard process and is not considered a defect of the product. Please note that due to the fact that the rug is handwoven, each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern and size (+/- 5-7 cm). This kind of variation is not considered a defect. The product requires some time after unpacking to get to its desired state. We recommend unfolding it as soon as possible, giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, as well as putting a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect. Please keep in mind that the fabric has a shiny, soft surface that changes shade depending on the direction of the fibres and the angle of light. Production technique: Hand tufting involves injecting yarn into the backing of the rug using a special needle. In this process, the yarn is not as tightly integrated into the backing as in other methods (e.g. woven carpets). As a result, individual threads can sometimes come loose.
