Love this fire, warms up quickly… it’s a bit noisy but it soon becomes a white noise and you don’t notice it.

Got this for my elderly mother who wanted the glow of a fire but has central heating - she’s very happy with it and can operate the remote well - the heater makes a bit of noise but it won’t be used much - my husband installed it in her hearth and it is a nice addition to her lounge
