On first wearing, the sleeve fit has come loose. It is glued with heat and it seems they have done it defectively

The internal part seems flimsy, in fact the left inner cuff was partially broken and the right one is seen to have little consistency, it is not very well basted. The rest of the raincoat I have to test a site to see its functionality
