The product is good, but the roof of the cabin (plastic to be nailed to the sides) is not up to the quality of the rest.

To begin with, I received an incomplete order for Christmas, which was a huge disappointment for my daughter, who still believes in Santa Claus. Then I waited over a month to receive the missing parts, and the instructions were also missing. Finally, the swing set is very pretty but extremely difficult to assemble for someone who isn't handy, and the ice cream and roof stickers have to be cut out by the customer. For a play set costing over €600, it's a disgrace.

The assembly instructions are a complete disaster. It would have been nice if there had been steps one, two, three, etc. We're very handy. But these instructions are completely useless and need updating. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

The wood is sometimes very rough. Edges are very sharp, splinters stick out. It is a product for small children, so the surface should be better. There are hardly any holes pre-drilled, which makes the structure very long. For example, the boards could be numbered so that they can be assigned better.

smart candy Clear purchase recommendation! We painted the wood before assembly (despite boiler pressure impregnation) because everything is easier to access than after assembly. In the best case scenario, the stilts still have to be concreted in. The slide is turquoise and has a very nice bright hue. The general size is good for 2 to 4 children to play at the same time and our 2 year old twins can climb up on their own. We have made a climb with boards because you can't look everywhere at once. Assembly time with three people approx. 4 hours. Big minus: It doesn't matter which variant you take because you have to cut the entire foil. Also in our case the ice decoration. It would be great if you at least had true-to-scale templates.
