Incomplete, we are missing the roof boards

Poor quality product. The beams are waterlogged, and I was told to spend extra time and money on maintenance and treatment for a new product! Packaging is almost nonexistent. Assembly is a hassle. It's impossible to return the product and receive a refund. Absolutely not worth buying.
