High quality product, very well protected for delivery so it arrived in perfect condition. I am not a plumber but found the taps easy to fit by following the detailed instructions. My wife and I are delighted with its appearance and the way it operates.

These kitchen taps have been fitted for less than a fortnight. So far, they are turning on and off well. In this short period of time, the ink on the hot tap indicator has worn significantly. The O and T of HOT have almost disappeared as has 25% of the H. I wouldn't expect the writing on the Hot and Cold indicator caps to disappear in 20 years of use. I certainly wouldn't expect them to be marked water-soluable ink. Great pity as this detail spoils an otherwise good product. (Tried to send a picture but system said something had gone wrong. Trying again didn't help.)
