Remote control range: Up to approximately 3–5 meters (does not work through walls or objects; all remote controls of this model have the same range). Detection range: Up to approximately 3–4 meters (ambient temperature below 30°C); does not work through walls or objects. The detection range decreases in summer at temperatures above 30°C; this is normal. Detection angle: 110° (detection range and angle may vary slightly depending on the environment). Insert the batteries and activate the alarm using the remote control. The green light will illuminate for approximately 20 seconds. This 20-second delay allows you to leave the infrared alarm's detection range. After 20 seconds, the green light will turn off and the infrared alarm will activate. If someone enters the detection range during this time, the red light to the left of the green light will flash for 5 seconds. This 5-second delay allows you to deactivate the alarm in time and avoid false alarms. If no deactivation signal is received within 5 seconds, the alarm will sound for 30 seconds at a volume of 105 decibels, even if the intruder is no longer within detection range. If another person enters the detection range after these 5 seconds, the alarm will sound again, and so on. The infrared alarm can be deactivated via remote control.
