I opened the product out of it`s packing to put it together only to find that the recess for the rubber gromit on one of the sides was cut wrongly and did not line up. I needed to use the ladders so had to cut the recess properly and redrill the hole correctly so it would fit. A very poorly made product and i will not be purchasing again from Manoman
