160A 230V Inverter Welder 20-160amp Wolf 195 MMA Welding Machine

Sold by Tools To Go

Product information

Description

This Wolf inverter welder steps up from the standard model with a wider 20-160 amp DC output range, extending capability to thicker electrodes and heavier fabrication work while still running from a standard 230V 13A plug. It's compact and lightweight enough to carry to the job, suiting mobile technicians, farmers, and anyone working on site rather than at a fixed bench.

It's built for MMA (stick) welding with mild steel and stainless steel electrodes from 2.0mm to 4.0mm, a step up from entry-level inverters and better suited to structural and heavier repair work. A turbo fan keeps the unit cool under sustained use, and thermal overload protection cuts in if the machine is pushed too hard, reducing the risk of damage during long welding sessions. The 16mm² electrode holder and earth clamp are sized for the higher current range, supporting good electrical conductivity and stable arc performance at the top end of the amperage scale. Comes with an electrode holder, earth clamp, wire brush with chipping hammer, and a fully compliant handheld face shield with glass, so it's ready to use out of the box.

230V plug operation - runs from a standard single-phase 13A socket, no three-phase supply needed for site or home workshop use.
20-160 amp variable output - wider DC current range handles thicker electrodes and heavier fabrication work than entry-level inverters.
Thermal overload protection - automatic cutout during sustained heavy use protects internal components from overheating damage.
Turbo fan cooling - keeps the inverter running at safe temperatures across longer welding jobs without derating performance.
16mm² holder and earth clamp - heavier-duty conductors support the higher amperage range with stable arc performance.
