Wolf Professional MMA-TIG 240 Welder, Steel & Stainless Steel Fabrication, 220A DC

The Wolf Professional MMA-TIG 240 is a dual-process inverter welder, giving MMA and TIG capability in one machine rather than the single-process operation of the standard and heavy-duty Wolf inverters. It delivers up to 220 amps DC, enough to MMA weld mild steel electrodes from 1mm to 4mm, covering everything from light repair work through to heavier fabrication. This puts it a tier above the 130A and 160A models in both power and application range.

Switch to TIG using the supplied torch kit for cleaner, more controlled welds on stainless steel, suited to precision work where finish matters. Gas and regulator aren't included, so factor that into setup cost before buying. The machine comes with an earth clamp, TIG torch and lead, electrode holder, shrouds, TIG tips, rod cover, wire brush with chipping hammer, and a fully compliant face shield with glass, covering both MMA and TIG accessories out of the box.
