Published on 02/05/2024, United KingdomI changed my 5 star review as I've had an issue with swing cracking. I know wood cracks but these are big cracks that affect the saftey of the swing. They arent ones you can ignore. Anyway long story short the customer service from FDS was shameful . I explained the cracks and that I wanted to keep the swing could they replace the main cracked parts as less hassle...well shirley from their customer service offered me 25 pounds to glue it ?. I said no seriously this isnt safe. Then she upped that price to keep it. Again i said no i cant use it my kids are at risk. Then she said you can refund but no replacement. Got mano involved and the kicker is they agreed to replace it but said at the end of the email no returns accepted on the replacement if any issues with it ....mind boggling. Please stay away from this one. We are going elsewhere of course. Dont want their replacement just my full refund.

Published on 15/04/2024, United KingdomYes I would recommend this swing frame. Needed a helping hand to put it together as I’m an octogenarian. It is very sturdy and doesn’t wobble- nice piece of garden furniture.
