Positive, it arrived ahead of schedule. Negatives, filthy dirty inside and outside with the odd marks and chips plus awful instructions. To be fair looks ok now it’s cleaned up and put together and seems sturdy. Read more

It has a chip on the top of it. It isn’t finished off very well around the edges. Seems like high gloss but then the corners / joins are chipped and look cheap. Read more

Desk looks good when it’s finally up. Delivery was confusing. Came in 2 parts on different days with no indication that it would come in 2 assignments. Instructions were difficult to follow, but got there in the end. Came with damage to a corner but as this was at the back I wasn’t too bothered. Pleased with end result though as it was ok for our needs. Customer service was very good and dealt with my concerns promptly and satisfactorily. Read more

Very dissatisfied
This is the worst thing i have ever built in Flat furniture in many years. I would like to think i am rather good at this - AFTER NEARLY 40 YEARS. instruction's ARE TERRIBLE, they show 4 separate items, but they look all the same on the picture. NEXT the drawers, are not marker correctly on the panels. You basically have to work it out yourself, the pre marked holes are totally incorrect. You have to use one, then a spirit level to make sure the others are correct. This has probably added a few hours to the Construction. NEXT QUALITY - looks cheap, not the color of picture above, it just not nice. I am not all enjoying building this, in all the numerous products i have built - THIS IS THE WORST. I SHOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, AND YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR SUPPLEIR AND DEMAND THE SAME. Mono Mono NEVER AGAIN Read more

Very dissatisfied
Arrived with scratches all over even chips of wood missing on the draw fronts so very noticable.Parts missing for putting it together contacted seller who never apologised and never offered replacement just said will knock £20 of price you pay alot of money to only be disappointed and hide the desk because of alk the marks. The desk is basic but I’m going to have to buy a cover to complete it as the high gloss is not high. It’s cheap looking. The quality of the high gloss is not very good. It is already chipping. The high gloss is also not on the whole desk. Just small portions. The rest is a low quality finish. It also took far to long to put together. Instructions were not detailed. Also the desk is different left to right which looks odd. Screws can be seen on left hand drawers but on the right they are hidden. Overall not impressed. Wished I’d bought something else. Read more
