The table looks really great in the antique style! The glaze on the wood is really an eye-catcher, it shines beautifully reddish and smooth in the light. However, since I am particularly pimpley, small flaws on the table bothered me, which probably arose during production. e.g. small cracks on the edges and a drawer wall that was stapled a little crookedly, which is only visible from below and does not affect the function at all. Wouldn't matter to most, however I contacted customer service and they offered me 3 options: 1) Either 20€ cash refund 2) Replacement parts delivery 3) Another suggestion. Since the flaws were only on the table top, I asked if it would be ok if they could send me a new table top. And lo and behold, they sent me a completely new table top AND the rest of the parts as well, so a complete order! I have never seen such customer service! Thank you again for your help and excellent customer service! I will definitely buy from you again! Best regards!
