Smartseal Xtreme Natural Stone Cleaner is a professional-grade cleaner designed for the effective removal of black spots, mould, mildew, green algae, and general surface staining from various types of natural stone. It is widely used by both homeowners and professional cleaning companies, allowing for efficient cleaning without the need for intensive pressure washing. This fast-acting formulation simplifies the cleaning process and delivers outstanding results.

Suitable for use on: Sandstone, Black Limestone, Granite, Slate, Marble, Travertine, Quartz

Installation

To avoid damage to vegetation, saturate surrounding areas with water before and after applying the product.

For best results, dilute at a ratio of 1:1 and apply using a sprayer or watering can in temperatures above 5°C and no higher than 22°C to prevent fast evaporation.

On heavily soiled areas or areas contaminated with black spots, work in with a hand brush or broom.

Leave on the surface for 1-2 hours before rinsing off with clean water or a pressure washer.

For very heavy soiling, apply undiluted and re-apply if necessary, leaving for a longer period (2-3 hours).

Once opened, product potency will start to reduce after 3 months.
