Smartseal Xtreme Natural Stone Cleaner is a professional-grade cleaner designed for the effective removal of black spots, mould, mildew, green algae, and general surface staining from various types of natural stone. This powerful alkaline cleaner is safe for use on all natural stone surfaces, making it a preferred choice for both homeowners and professional cleaning companies.

Recommended dilution ratio: 1:1 for best results

Application temperature: Above 5°C, ideally no higher than 22°C

Installation

Before application, saturate surrounding vegetation with water to prevent damage.

For best results, dilute at a ratio of 1:1 and apply using a sprayer or watering can.

On heavily soiled areas, use a hand brush or broom to work the cleaner into the surface.

Leave the cleaner on the surface for 1-2 hours before rinsing off with clean water or a pressure washer.

For very heavy soiling, apply undiluted and allow to dwell for 2-3 hours, reapplying if necessary.

Usage

Effective for removing black spots, mould, mildew, and algae from natural stone surfaces.

Easy to apply and fast-acting, providing outstanding results.

Other information

Once opened, product potency will start to reduce after 3 months.

Important: Contains chlorine, which can stain fabrics and sensitive materials.

Wear protective gloves to avoid skin burns and goggles to prevent eye contact.

Toxic to aquatic life; avoid contact with lawned areas.
