Zinsser Ceiling Pro 5-in-1 is a revolutionary paint designed to provide a flawless finish for ceilings. It adheres to any surface, seals stains (including water and smoke), primes, and finishes while bridging hairline cracks. This product contains a biocide that protects the dried coating against fungal degradation, extending the life of your painted ceiling. With a quick recoat time of just 1 hour, low odour, and ultra-low VOC content, it is ideal for both bare and previously painted ceilings.

This has successfully covered damp chimney type stains coming through the ceiling, which I have been battling with for years. The ceiling surface was totally dry and this adhered well. I found it dried very quickly as I was going, so had to work quickly. The stains have been gone a week now and would normally have shown through over a day or 2. I would recommend to anyone to try it. I thought the price a bit expensive but IT WORKED so was worth every penny. Thank you- I thought I was going to have to go to the expense of a new ceiling as I had tried everything else.
