Installation

Install a 35mm hole opener and adjust the drilling depth to 12-13 mm, then lock the limit ring.

Adjust the fixed size of the black pressure block of the quick clamp.

Secure the jig to the table using the two countersunk screws on the base bracket for stability.

Usage

Move the punch to the marked position and tighten the lock block.

Attach the handle of the hole opener to an electric drill.

Drill at a constant speed to create a hole to a depth of 12-13 mm.

Drill 2mm screw holes on both sides of the hinge.
