General description

Everflex® LMA 200 Contractor's Silicone is a cost-effective acetoxy cure sealant designed for various sealing and bonding applications. It adheres well to most smooth, non-porous materials and remains permanently flexible. The product contains an anti-fungal compound to prevent mold growth in humid areas. It is suitable for both sealing and adhesion tasks around sanitary fixtures, glass, metal, and PVCu surfaces. The silicone is quick curing, has low dirt pick-up, and features a low viscosity for easy application.

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or old sealant

Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle, slightly larger than the joint gap

Apply the sealant evenly using a sealant gun, maintaining consistent pressure and angle

Smooth the sealant within 10 minutes using a spatula or wetted tool for a neat finish

For best results, tape both sides of the joint and remove the tape within 5 minutes of application

Usage

Seal around baths, showers, basins, and sanitary ware

Seal glass-to-glass, glass-to-metal, and glass-to-PVCu joints

Adhesive for fixing PVCu trims, cladding, and panels

Seal around worktops, laminates, and window/door frames

Seal aluminium gutters and perform general draughtproofing

Other information

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Ensure proper curing time before exposing to water or stress
