love the product, looks perfect in garden. disapointed in delivery timescale but i was warned it 'could' take that long but would of preferred to know from the beginning exactly the due date as it was an estimated timeframe of a full 7 days so i had no idea when it was coming and it came on the very last day

This was really excellent value for money and easy to put together with clear instructions. It arrived promptly after ordering. There was one piece which was incorrect but I was easily able to order the missing piece online which arrived in a matter of days. It is fairly low to the ground but it is a lounger sofa after all Very happy to recommend

I received the product and very disappointed to find all the pieces but no instructions or screws etc to assemble the product. Not good!
