General description

The Avance Shiplap Summerhouse is a highly sought-after garden sunroom, known for its stylish design and excellent value. It features high-quality joinery, acrylic glazed doors, and a large canopy, making it a beautiful addition to any garden or patio. Constructed with sturdy 34mm square framing and clad in planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made from the finest FSC approved slow-grown northern European pine, this summerhouse is both durable and attractive. The roof is made of solid sheet OSB, and the floor is T&G, complemented by a traditional gate latch on the double doors. It comes with a dipped base coat preservative, ready for you to apply your top coat.

Really liked the summer house until the heavy rain over the last few days. One side of the summer house and the doors are totally soaked inside. My husband has used 3 tubes of silicon which helped but we still have damp patches.
