So after placing an order then reading the reviews I was absolutely distraught with how everyone was slating manomano. I researched this company at length afterwards to find it's like a meet and greet company that presumably can offer cheaper prices this way. With this the bad reviews I was seeing are reviews that reflect multiple companies manomano deal with not just manomano. The product arrived earlier than stated which I was really happy with as I couldn't wait to get started. It was arranged of course it wasnt just dumped on me. The delivery The driver had no problem unloading round the corner as access had to be round the back. Unloaded in 10 minutes on his own. Had a little chat while he did it too. Very friendly. The product. Excellent for the money. The only issues I have are. Travel legs put in to protect the base edging were hard to remove as the nails used were barbed this resulted in a piece snapping as I removed them. The window supports under the window were not straight but easy to resolve. The door needs an extra few screws in to hold them together. Mine started coming apart after a few opens but nothing major. The roof was not square but easy if you know what your doing. The good bits The build its self was easy I didn't really need the instructions till the trims needed putting on and i had a pile of wood left. It took 2 of us about 3 hours for main build and just myself about an hour felt. Overall I am really happy with the product. On comparison I saved £600 so the minor adjustments I had to make were well worth the save. I plan to board it out with plasterboard which will be really easy as the floor roof and walls all fit together perfectly. The way the windows are made it's really easy to customise to open. Good value great product and the company for this was manomano.

Poor quality wood, panels damaged, nails sticking out none of the panels fit together properly

Very good, easy to follow instructions abd easy to assemble. Only downside is that Perspex in one of the doors is not fitted properly.

Generally it is a good summer house but there were problems. If we hadn’t painted all of it before putting together I would have sent it back. The finish on some of the parts was very poor and some - such as the windows - did not fit in the frame and had to be cut back on the horizontals to fit. Same with other panels - some had to be cut back where they had been left too long and some others were too short and there are some gaps that are a bit larger than you would expect. However once all the modifications were completed it is a nice addition to the garden. We were lucky - my older son is a time served carpenter otherwise we would have been really stuffed.

It is nice but the wood is very thin and doesn't look strong.

Very good and quite easy to build with 2 people. Would advise that you treat wood before you start building as I did, makes it much easier if you have a confined space to work in. Plus points :- Delivery flat packed Instructions basic but still enables easy building Very sturdy Looks great Minus points :- Some parts have small holes in the boards where the knots are. Side ( un-opening ) window did not fit and required the frame sanding down to allow fitting Side strut for floor not flush with edge of boards Twin doors about 6 inches to small for door gap Gable end covers all cut in same direction and do not join. Used gable ends to reduce door gap and upright covers to replace them ( after cutting all to shape and size )
