Description

General description

This adjustable paving pedestal by Jouplast is designed for creating terraces with outdoor tiles, ceramics, or wooden decks. It has an adjustable height ranging from 50 to 80 mm and is positioned beneath the slabs at each corner, making it ideal for terrace renovations without the need for heavy excavation work.

Installation

The pedestal can be manually adjusted without additional tools.

Installation does not require heavy excavation work and is simple and fast.

Define the area for the future terrace.

If installing on raw ground: excavate the soil for about 15 cm, lay down a geotextile, create a draining foundation layer, finish with a fine layer, and compact using a vibrating plate.

If installing on a concrete slab, check the available heights at the thresholds and allow for a minimum of 3 cm.

Arrange the pedestals directly on the ground without fastening, following the layout plan.

Place the covering tiles and adjust the height of the pedestals manually by turning the nut.

Usage

For pedestrian use only.

For outdoor use only.

Use tiles with a minimum thickness of 2 cm.

Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for tile installation and calculate the number of pedestals per square meter based on usage.

Installation on pedestals is only suitable for a stabilized surface or an existing concrete slab.

Not compatible with the "Essentiel" tile plate or 10, 25, and 60 mm extensions.

The difference between the 40/60 and 50/80 studs is only 10 mm and not 20 mm. To calculate before choosing.

Meets what I wanted. Very short delivery times. Collection of the package in relay. Very simple installation, the washed gravel tiles are again stable.
