• This anti-bacterial worktop oil is designed to protect and nourish hardwood surfaces, especially in food preparation areas. It penetrates deep into the wood to enhance natural beauty while providing long-lasting antibacterial protection against bacteria such as E. coli and MRSA. The oil forms a clear, soft sheen finish and is highly water-resistant, helping to prevent splitting and cracking of the wood.

Installation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of previous finishes or contaminants.
• Lightly sand bare wood with 120 grit sandpaper if necessary.
• Shake the oil well before use to evenly distribute the active ingredients.
• Apply a thin, even coat in the direction of the grain using a brush or cloth.
• Allow 10 minutes for absorption, then wipe off excess with a lint-free cloth.
• Wait 24 hours before applying additional coats. Repeat for 3 to 4 coats for optimal protection.

Usage

• Apply to clean, dry wood surfaces, preferably in well-ventilated areas.
• Reapply every six months or when water no longer beads on the surface.
• For minor scratches or scuffs, lightly sand the area and reapply oil.
