The product initially looks great when it was installed but I noticed scales every quickly and then the worst happen. It is not really great at all. It’s under a year and the turning knob just broke leaving us to turn the main water supply and affecting the heating as the water was just rushing out and flooding into the carpet. It’s been a total nightmare. We called an engineer who couldn’t help much and advised to get a new product which he’ll then come back and fix. I’m requesting a full refund or replacement asap please as it’s been a struggle not having water in the house
