For comfortable use, air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade

Due to the handwoven nature of the rug, each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm), which is not considered a defect

The product requires some time after unpacking to reach its desired state; it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible and give it up to 72 hours to straighten, placing a heavy weight on the ends for better effect

Maintenance tips: 1. Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub. 2. Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure. 3. For tough stains, scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a wool washing liquid. 4. Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. 5. Use only rug recommended cleaners. 6. Contact an expert for tough stains removal.
