This unique number should be kept and may be needed in case of requesting spare parts or proceeding with warranty claims. Appropriate hoses should be acquired from local sources and connected by a specialist. Under no circumstances should any connecting hoses provided by the seller be utilised. Please note that to avoid transport damage, the hot tubs are not 100%, but only 85% pre-assembled. Sealing and checking the lines, viewing windows and nozzles by a plumber is the responsibility of the customer. All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and on a regular basis. Hoses can get disconnected during transportation or over time.
