Please note that to avoid transport damage, the hot tubs are not 100%, but only 85% pre-assembled. Sealing and checking the lines, viewing windows and nozzles by a plumber is the responsibility of the customer. All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and on a regular basis. Hoses can get disconnected during transportation or over time.
