For my first Manomano order, I'm delighted! Mediocre product quality considering the price. Long and tedious assembly, even for a flat-pack furniture expert. Stickers to hide the screws won't last a month. A headboard arrived cracked; it can happen... But the after-sales service is catastrophic: - 1) Offer of a partial refund or return of the defective parts. (What do you want me to do with a partial refund, if I can't completely assemble the bed?) I chose the replacement part. - 2) Response: Replacement part out of stock, but complete package available (a joke???); FYI, the bed comes in two packages; - 3) VIDAxl is asking me to return a complete package, but I've already started assembling the bed... I think I've already wasted enough time without having to additionally disassemble what I've already assembled. - 4) VIDAxl customer service refuses to listen. The only positive aspect is the speed of delivery. Conclusion: Move on, avoid this merchant.
