Published on 14/07/2025, United KingdomPoor manufacturing at the joining edges (possibly damaged?) mean the canopy runners get stuck midway every time we open and close them. Also, one of the pictures in the instructions bore no resemblance to the actual parts. I suspected someone may have ordered this pergola, but then sent it back? We kept it because we only found the problem once it had been fully erected.

Published on 08/07/2024, United KingdomI bought the Birchgrove pagoda to have some shade in a South facing garden. I am pleased at how strong it seems. Its screwed to my decking and although sturdy I shall be adding support brackets from pagoda to house. Then I shall feel that it is secure in raIn and wind.
