Im sure they have sent me a used pergola al the curtain tracks wer bent

Poor quality. Arrived with bent poles, curtains jams when opening and closes. Have had to bend alot of the metal so its nearly right.

Poor manufacturing at the joining edges (possibly damaged?) mean the canopy runners get stuck midway every time we open and close them. Also, one of the pictures in the instructions bore no resemblance to the actual parts. I suspected someone may have ordered this pergola, but then sent it back? We kept it because we only found the problem once it had been fully erected.

Quick delivery, easy instructions to read ( which makes Nice change ) looks exactly as it does in the pictures, good quality, solid and looks great. In fact I’m buying a second one to put next to the one I’ve already got. Overall 10 out 10.

I bought the Birchgrove pagoda to have some shade in a South facing garden. I am pleased at how strong it seems. Its screwed to my decking and although sturdy I shall be adding support brackets from pagoda to house. Then I shall feel that it is secure in raIn and wind.
