Blackfriar Interior Damp Seal is designed to prepare surfaces for decorating by sealing damp and preventing moisture from affecting paint or wallpaper. It can be painted or papered over once dry. Suitable for surfaces such as plaster, brick, and cement. Not recommended for wood. Interior use only.
