Blackfriar Interior Damp Seal is designed to prepare surfaces for decorating by sealing damp and preventing moisture from affecting paint or wallpaper. It can be painted or papered over once dry and is suitable for surfaces such as plaster, brick, and cement. This product is intended for interior use only and is not recommended for wood.
