The product itself looks solid and well made, and it is aesthetically pleasing. However, due to the colour and the glossy finish, I decided that it was not suitable for my needs and wanted to return it. I completed the return form over two weeks ago, but I have still not received any response. I genuinely cannot understand how it is possible for a customer to be left waiting this long without any update at all. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. The lack of communication and the excessive delay are completely unacceptable. At this point, I simply want to return the product and receive my refund as soon as possible.
