Description
Bondloc B542 Hydraulic Seal is a thixotropic liquid which cures anaerobically to form a tough, high pressure seal on all types of threaded couplings used on low, medium and high pressure lines. Used for all types of hydraulic connections, and sealing against typical pressure line ratings. Can also be used to fit valves, threaded couplings, adaptors, quick disconnect parts, compression fittings and vibration proofing joints. Specifications: Resin: Dimethacrylate.

Fixture Speed No Activator: 10 - 20 mins.
Fixture Speed With Activator: <5 mins.
Spindle 2 @ 2.5 rpm: 1000 to 2750 cps.
Spindle 2 @ 20rpm: 400 to 800 cps.
Gap fill: 0.05mm to 0.25 mm.
Flash point: >100°C.
Shelf life: 2 Years @ 20°C.
Specific gravity: 1.06.
