Absolutely shocking quality, bed had been broken when manufactured and clearly painted over to try and cover it up, frame boards were bowed and twisted, other boards were splintered which is great for a child's bed and no instructions. Messaged support, but not heard anything in days. This is supposed to be a christmas present for little children so I'm going to have to get a carpenter to fix a brand new bed... Take my advice avoid at all costs and buy from a better company.
