This Hand Held Vacuum Pressure Pump Tester Kit is a versatile tool designed for brake fluid bleeding and testing pressure and vacuum systems in various vehicles. It is universally applicable for almost all cars and is suitable for checking charging pressure, vacuum solenoid valves, tank ventilation, MAP sensors, and more.

Installation

Ensure the storage tank from the main brake cylinder is full and the container is open.

Connect the 50 mm long plastic hose to the lid of the vent container and place the lid on the vent container, ensuring the short hose is inside the container.

Connect the other 50 mm long hose.

Connect one end of the long hose to the vent container and the other end to the brake caliper vent nipple.

Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for venting.

Usage

Venting order: Start with the wheel cylinder farthest from the main brake cylinder, then proceed to the next farthest, and so on.

For left-hand-driving vehicles, the order is typically: rear right, rear left, front right, and finally front left.

Place the vent pipe on the vent nipple of the wheel brake cylinder or brake caliper.

Pump 10-15 times to create a vacuum.

Open the vent nipple until brake fluid flows through the hose without bubbles.

Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir before venting the next wheel brake cylinder or caliper.

Finally, check the brake fluid level and fill it up if necessary.
