Installation

Replace oil supply lines and fittings to prevent oil flow restrictions.

Avoid using silicone or thread tape.

Ensure all openings to the turbo are clear.

Disable ignition and crank the engine for at least 15 seconds to raise oil pressure.

Allow the engine to idle for 3-5 minutes to seat the turbo seals.

Always let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes before shutdown to ensure proper lubrication.

Prime the oil filter when changing oil.

Usage

After installation, it is crucial to maintain the cleanliness of the turbine and compressor to avoid damage. Regular checks and maintenance will help prolong the life of the turbocharger.
