My autistic daughter chose this for our new home. Received wrong item, after much discussion (with a different person each time & lots of automated responses clutteringup my inbox) I was offered resolution options and chose exchange. ManoMano use Yodel as their carrier. Twice Yodel have claimed that we're not in, but my doorbell is definitely working. I have again attempted to contact VidaXL and ManoMano - the email address keeps intermittently blocking replies. I do not want this product. I don't want to keep it for free and get a token gesture of a refund. I do not want to waste my life waiting in for Yodel. None of this is my error, I have been very patient. I now want a 100% refund so that I can help my daughter to chooose a different one, and not deal with this nonsense anymore.
