Made of 100% HDPE (high-density polyethylene), this durable cover net is both UV and weather resistant. Usage
- To be used for covering only.
- The cargo height should not be higher than the container.
- The material to be transported shall be loaded in a positive locking manner on the loading surface and secured by the vehicle body.
- The trailer cover net can be fitted over the loading surface so that it overlaps at the edges, preventing material from escaping while the vehicle is travelling.
- The net will be most effective when all meshes are tensioned evenly and connected to suitable attachment points on the open loading surface or container.
- Nets need to be monitored in use by visual inspection and should be removed or changed when defects are detected.
- Repairs may only be carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized person.
- Following repair work, the original properties of the net must be restored.
- Nets should be inspected by a Competent Person at least once each year, and this inspection should be documented.
- In cases of doubt, the nets should be withdrawn from service.
