Hot tubs are not 100% pre-assembled, only 85% to avoid transport damage.

Sealing and checking the lines, viewing windows, and nozzles is the customer's responsibility.

Fill the tub with water before using the massage function to avoid pump damage.

Appropriate hoses should be acquired from local sources and connected by a specialist.

Under no circumstances should any connecting hoses provided by the seller be utilized.

All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and regularly thereafter.

The product is not compatible with Swiss or English sockets and requires appropriate adapters.

Usage

Rinse with water after every bath and wipe dry.

To maintain the glossy and scratch-free surface, clean only with a soft cloth.

Use a soapy water solution or a mild bathtub cleaner for tough stains.

For limescale removal, use a vinegar-water solution (do not use on fixtures).

Cautious use of essential oils is recommended as they might leave an oily residue.

Ensure that the front panel is easily accessible at all times for maintenance purposes.

Regularly clean and maintain the bathtub according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent dirt, bacteria, and mold growth.

Other information

Metal components should be cleaned with a mild cleaner and soft cloth, and wiped dry afterwards.

To avoid scratches, do not use abrasive cleaners.

Very imposing and comfortable for two people. Be careful if you have to go through a spiral staircase.

The quality of faucets and shower head is to be reviewed. You can not take bath alone bath in the bath because otherwise the dorsal Jets in front of you are too strong and will splash, the word is weak, the whole bathroom! It's very disturbing because suddenly I never use the balneo! To do again I would not take it.

This product is in line with my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the noise of the motor when using the SPA. (At the minimum level, I was expecting more noisy). I appreciate the space inside the bathtub. Small negative point: the lack of space on the edges of the bathtub to deposit various products. Also note that it is necessary that the water level is high enough to trigger the jets under penalty of having projections out of the bath. In conclusion, very satisfied with this purchase. A view on the long term...
