Hello as a previous comment we had to adapt the chandelier to make it horizontal by fiddling with the chains. Indeed these have different lengths and a offset that makes the chandelier wobbly.

The wires which support the lower part and all the same length... You need to fiddle with it to get it to balance. Once in place, the product looks really good.

Product prettier in the photos for my taste. Too bad the chandeliers arrived damaged shock surely due to the transport and the average packaging of the parcel. Otherwise top customer service, provides solutions quickly.
