There's a large scratch on the top surface; it was hidden with wax. I've sent my problem and photos five times, but haven't received a response. I'm really disappointed. Usually, ManoMano resolves issues quite quickly, but this time it's marked as "transmitted to supplier," but Vidal hasn't given me any news.
