Published on 09/01/2026, ItalyA shipment paid on December 11th, delivered on the 17th. Today, January 9th, it was returned to the sender by the BRT branch due to an incomplete address. In 40 reminder calls to sellers and couriers, I was never notified that the address was incomplete. Meanwhile, my 7-year-old daughter is crying because she didn't receive a gift first from Santa Claus and then from the Befana, and to this day she hasn't received anything.
